  • How do I apply for a position?

    To apply for an open position, go to capsim.com/careers; select the position you are interested in applying for. Then click on the link provided in the job description. The link will take you to the application page. You will need to create a username and password in order to log in. Once you have logged in, you will be asked to complete a few different documents: Employment Application, Credit Check Acknowledgement, Disclosure Statement, and Authorization Form. In order to complete the application process, you must click the link in the email you will receive immediately upon submitting your application.   • What is the interview process like?

    After your application is successfully received and reviewed, someone will be in touch with you either over the phone or via email. The interview process varies in length and style based on the position you are applying for. Some positions require an assessment or try-out as well. All offers are contingent on a background check.

  • Why do I have to submit my Social Security Number and Driver's License Number?

    All offers are contingent on a background check, therefore a SSN and DL numbers are required to request a background check.

  • May I apply for more than one position?

    Yes, candidates can apply to more than one position by clicking on the link provided for each position.

  • Can I submit my paper resume for consideration?

    Paper resumes are accepted, however, to be considered for the position, all applicants must apply online by following the link under each open position.
