The simulation allows people to engage in strategic decision-making in a safe, accelerated environment. They experience years’ worth of business decisions in just a couple of days. They get to test how they think, how they respond to market changes, and how they work with others. It's a powerful way to simulate what strategic thinking looks like in real time.

We had senior leaders observing how participants made decisions, managed pressure, and worked as a team. That made the experience incredibly valuable. It wasn’t just a simulation—it led directly into one-on-one coaching with real, behavior-based feedback on how they led and what they needed to grow.

First, the simulation is effective. By the end of the two days, people understood income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets—and how they all connect. Second, it’s fun. Teaching finance to non-finance folks can go wrong quickly if it's too theoretical or detailed. But this is engaging, and that’s largely due to the facilitators.
